At Casino PayID Online, we’re a small editorial team, so email is the only channel we monitor. Whether you want to flag an error in one of our reviews, ask how we rate operators, or discuss content partnerships, here’s how to reach us.

What to Contact Us About

  • Corrections and updates. Spotted an outdated bonus term, a dead link, or a mistake in one of our guides? Send us the page URL and a short description of the issue. We review every correction request and fix verified errors quickly.
  • Editorial questions. Questions about how we build our ratings, what our review process looks like, or why a particular operator appears (or doesn’t appear) on the site.
  • Partnerships and advertising. Media enquiries, content collaborations, and advertising proposals. Please include a brief outline of what you have in mind so we can route your message to the right person.

Email Us

Write to [email protected] and include a clear subject line — it helps us triage your message faster.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your enquiry requires checking details with an operator or verifying information, it may take slightly longer, but we’ll let you know we’re on it.

Please Note Before Writing

A few things we can’t help with, so you don’t waste your time:

  • We are not a casino and we don’t hold player accounts. If you have a dispute with a gambling operator over a deposit, withdrawal, or account closure, we cannot intervene on your behalf. Keep screenshots, reference numbers, and timestamps of your transactions — that documentation is essential if you pursue a complaint. If the operator is unlicensed, report them to your state or territory regulator. Be aware that offshore casinos offer no Australian consumer-law recourse, ombudsman access, or court jurisdiction, and Australian authorities will not help recover funds from them.
  • Payment issues. We can’t reverse or investigate transactions. Remember that PayID transfers and crypto payments cannot be reversed, and from 1 January 2027 Australian banks and payment providers may block transactions to offshore gambling operators.
  • Account or self-exclusion matters. If you have questions about BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, contact the register directly rather than us. Note that a BetStop self-exclusion cannot be shortened — removal requires a statutory declaration and is not possible during the first three months. BetStop also does not cover offshore casinos and will not close or prevent offshore accounts.

If Gambling Is Affecting Your Life

This inbox is not the right place for concerns about gambling harm. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, please reach out to the support services listed on our Responsible Gambling page — they offer free, confidential help from people trained for exactly that.

For everything else, we look forward to hearing from you at [email protected].
